K-2nd Grade June 4-8 Butterflies, Beetles, & Slugs! Oh My! If your kids love all things creepy and crawly, this is the perfect camp for them! We will spend the whole week learning about some of nature's smallest creatures. Activities include daily nature hunts, with captures (for study purposes) and releases, in order to gain a better appreciation for the tiny organisms we share our world with.
3rd-5th Grade* June 11-15
K-2nd Grade June 18-22 Discovering our Epic World! Daily discovery hikes, science experiments, and our own senses will allow campers to spend a week learning about the natural world around us, and why protecting it is so important. Campers will develop and become their alter-ego Earth saving superhero character, culminating with participation in a series of games where they will battle Pollution, Littering, Beforestation, and Global Warming. It's sure to be an action packed week of fun!
3rd-5th Grade* June 25-29
K-2nd Grade July 16-20 Wildlife Explorers! Campers will create their own field guide to fill with plant specimens, drawings of organisms seen on our daily hikes, and journal notes about the different wildlife we will encounter. They will be introduced to the seicnes of mammology, ornithology, herpetology, botany, and many more! Special animal guests will visit throughout the week. This camp won't be one they will forget!
3rd-5th Grade* July 23-27
*Weather permitting, these camps include canoeing, archery and a visit to the Splash Pad

Camp Slideshow

   • 1 week of camp = $100; $25 discount for each additional camp (discount applies when registering the same child for multiple camps).
   • Campers will receive one complimentary water bottle, reusable bag, t-shirt and camp photo. Additional camp supplies may be purchased; see camp counselor or EDC staff member for more information.

   • All camps run Monday-Friday 9:00 am-3:00 pm
   • 8:30 am-9:00 am -- camper drop off
   • 3:00 pm-3:30 pm -- camper pick up

Terms and Conditions:
   • If you plan to register your child for multiple sessions, be sure to check all sessions on the registration form and include all necessary fees. Please be sure to complete the registration form -- incomplete forms will not be processed. Registration forms are due no later than three (3) weeks prior to the start of your scheduled camp.
   • Include separate registration forms for each child.
   • Payment, in full, is due at the time of registration.

Cancellation and Refunds:
   • Refunds will be issued if withdrawal from a camp is received at least one week (five working days) prior to the start of the camp. Failure to attend a camp without notification or cancellation will not result in a refund.
   • In the event that a camp is cancelled by the Environmental Discovery Center, a full refund will be issued. Refunds take approximately two weeks to process.

Additional Information:
   • One snack and juice will be provided each day; however, campers will need to bring a lunch.
   • All camps include a visit to the Splash Pad (weather permitting).
